The purpose of this role is to look after the Learning Management System (LMS) for the business. You will be guiding and developing team members and be the SME in digital learning within the LMS, as well as project manage learner solutions projects while working to improve the learning experience within the LMS for learners.
The successful candidate will have been responsible for an LMS or able to demonstrate the implementation and continuous improvement of an LMS. Most importantly a desire to grow in the role and develop others.
Skills and attributes
Reporting to the Learning Solutions Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all system requirements and be integral to the Learning Solutions team to inspire, engage and upskill team members.
