The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners provides education, assessment, quality and support services for general practitioners and rural hospital medicine; and represents its members to government and within the wider health sector.
This CE relies on an EA to be one step ahead ensuring that work is handled efficiently, dealing with the unexpected and managed to a high standard with minimal supervision.
As a highly experienced, well presented EA/PA you will have strong time management with exceptional multitasking and organisational skills, able to think laterally and deal with the unexpected in a calm efficient manner. You will be working for a busy CE who values strong relationships and communication. You will be responsible for extensive email and diary, travel and event management, minute-taking for Board and SMT meetings and preparation of meeting papers, including monitoring key status of projects with prioritising and redirection of workflow for business needs.
