Wellington Sexual Abuse HELP Foundation (Wellington HELP) works with survivors of sexual abuse and their whānau. It provides a 24 hour support service – working closely with NZ Police, social work and counselling services for anyone who has experienced sexual harm, or who is concerned about a friend or family member. Wellington HELP operates in Wellington, Porirua, and Kāpiti coast.
The primary responsibility of the Chief Executive is to ensure delivery of support services, social work and counselling. The CE is responsible for the day-to-day operations and leadership of the service.
The CE reports directly to the Wellington HELP Board and works directly with the leadership team. You will lead a team of 4 managers, providing professional support and guidance to enable these managers to be outstanding leaders for their teams.
